What’s in a Label?
How Barbie Doll Editions Are Classified![]() |
Since 2004, all Barbie® Collector dolls have been classified by “Label” collections – specifically, Black Label, Pink Label, Gold Label, and Platinum Label. But what do the labels mean?
The Barbie Collector team added these labels to help collectors know at a glance for whom the dolls are made, where they can be found, and to provide an idea of how many dolls were made.
