I first heard about the Twilight novels from a close friend’s daughter, and I must say, her giddy enthusiasm was contagious! Based on her glowing review and curious about this growing phenomenon, I picked up Twilight at an airport bookstore and sank my teeth (sorry) into the story during my cross-country flight. The fashion world depends on it, with designers displaying tomorrow’s looks on runways before the designs are mass-produced. Likewise, science fiction offers a peek at fantastical worlds of the future, and tantalizing marketing campaigns for sci-fi movies often get me hooked — especially to check out the fashions!
